Walk-in classes (beginner/intro or level 1 / 2) – $15 per person

Beginner class – focuses on the fundamentals of yoga – breath work, movement and proper alignment. This class is great for students that are new to yoga or for those that want to re-learn the basics. Detailed, hands-on instruction offered.

Level 1 / 2 class – a faster paced, intermediate level class designed to help the student build strength, confidence and focus while emphasizing proper alignment and breath work. Some experience with yoga is recommended but not required.

Private Yoga Session – $60/session

The first scheduled session typically runs about 1 ½ hours and includes a basic physical assessment, discussion regarding goals to accomplish during next sessions, etc.; additional sessions are 1 hour and include 1-on-1 interaction, personalized class and take home exercises.

*Prior to the first private session, a questionnaire will be sent to the student by email. Please bring this completed questionnaire to the first private session.

Private 1 hour Yoga Session including ½ hour meditation and chakra balancing – $60/session

This particular session involves a gentle warm-up with focus on breath and relaxation followed by a 30-minute meditation and chakra balancing session. The session ends with a cool-down and final relaxation.

Private 1 hour Reiki Session (including chakra balancing) – $60/session

Reiki is a form of hands-on healing. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of one’s energy field and charging it with positive energy. Reiki helps to clear blocks, strengthen and heal the energy pathways and allow the life force to flow in a healthy way. A chakra assessment and balance will be completed during the session as well.

Couples/Partner 1 hour yoga session – $75/session for 2 people

Partner yoga is when 2 people join together to enjoy the benefits of yoga at the same time. Partner yoga helps to strengthen our relationships and become more connected to the world around us. Partner yoga is not just for couples – its benefits can be enjoyed by any 2 people!
